The frequency of training depends on your personal fitness goals, but we generally recommend attending classes 3-4 times per week for optimal results. Our trainers can work with you to create a customized workout plan that fits your schedule and helps you achieve your specific goals, whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve your boxing skills.
For your first class at Fight Fitness, we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and if you have boxing gloves and hand wraps, feel free to bring them. If not, we have equipment available for you to use or purchase at the gym.
