Refund policy

All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if the item is in its original condition and packaging. We will not accept returns on used items or wrong sizing. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate the return process, you can contact us at sales@fightfitnessmovement.com. Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to ship your item. Items without pre- approval will not be accepted for return.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please take a photo of the item and contact us immediately.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return items that are not in their original packaging, worn items, items without a receipt or final sale items.

 

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item, contact us to initiate the return process. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we will issue out a new item of your choice. We can also refund your money and allow you to make a new purchase.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Upon receipt, we will inform you if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Please keep in mind, that processing time varies per bank and credit card company
